Send us always the type of the compressor – you can find the model on the type shield on the compressor it starts always with MK for instance . Mk4/WRV204/165.50/234- and the refrigerant.
The main parts required for for overhaul are:
- Shaft seal kit
- Thrust bearing
- Journal bearing
- Annual inspection kit
- addition spare part by failure – part load sensor – mikro-switches of electronic part load sensor
On request we deliver also the parts of the annual inspection kit as loose items
- By these models you can :
- Exchange the shaft seal– you require only a shaft seal set
- by not correct responding of side valve- you require the annual inspection kit- we recommend to install a isolating ball valve – which you can close if the compressor is running on 50% load – wait for 30 min. Is the position not changed – the capacity seal is ok – if the compressor load running with closed valve to 100% the capacity seal defect- you require a annual inspection kit to repair.
- By general overhaul – you require all available kits.
- Modify the mechanical part load in indication by older models in electronic part load indicaton . You can do this with the RM- LPI set (provide only 4-20 mA) or the Howden led version ( leds for each 10% capacity and 4-20mA.
